  6. Look at their life experience
  7. Look at their testimonials and awards
  8. Pick three possible Mediators
  9. Ring each of them to see
    1. If they are a good fit
    2. Do they understand the issues
    3. Are they confident about mediation
    4. Did they explain the process clearly
    5. Are their charges reasonable
    6. What is their availability
    7. Would you have confidence in them
