EMS can provide training for you and your staff. Our aim is to give your managers and staff the skills to enable problems to be resolved in house before they escalate.

Our team works closely with you and your employees to help educate and transfer skills to enable your staff to deal positively in a conflict situation.

Our training focuses on tailor- made highly interactive sessions where the aim is to equip attendees with the skills that they need and will use in the work place.

Karen Erwin ran a highly successful training session for Comhairle in negotiating and mediation techniques.

Karen Erwin trains Mediators in Legal issues arising in mediation.

A number of workshops on legal aspects in mediation has been given to Mediators by Karen Erwin. The emphasis was on the law of contract and how it relates to the Agreement to Mediate, to confidentiality and to the Mediation agreement. There was a very constructive interactive session when participants raised questions from their pracitce.

EMS asked by ABA to provide mediation training. July 2006

The American Bar Association request EMS to provide mediaton training and workshops to the AWLN. The training related to Workplace mediation with the outcomes to be practical tools for the attendees to be able to carry out mediations in harassment and bullying cases.
